Pomegranate Pineapple Granita with Bai

Pineapple is great for your gut after you’ve abused it a little bit through the holidays. Be sure to use fresh pineapple because you’re going for freshness and low sugar. Canned pineapple easily has double the amount of sugar than regular pineapple because it has been sitting in usually some type of corn syrup. Pomegranates are not only a burst of flavor but they also provide more antioxidants than most green tea and wines, so don’t be shy of these power packed seeds! This granita should do the trick after thanksgiving and get you back on track.
