The most addictive sweet and spicy holiday nuts! Filled with mixed nuts, smoked paprika and pure maple syrup. You won’t be able to walk away with just one handful!
1 Cup of almonds
1 Cup of pecans
1 Cup of walnuts
1 Cup of cashews
1/3 Cup of pumpkin seeds
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
1/3 Cup of pure maple syrup
2 Teaspoons of crushed red pepper– more if you like it spicy!
1 1/2 Tablespoons of minced fresh rosemary
1 1/2 Teaspoons of smoked paprika
1 1/2 Teaspoon of Maldon sea salt (or kosher salt)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray. In a large bowl toss all ingredients and spread a thin layer of nuts on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing nuts every 5-10 minutes. Once golden brown, remove nuts and transfer onto parchment paper. Break up into larger clusters and cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
