Hey there! The second installment of my Christmas Morning Brunch is up and super simple! It’s a play on your original mimosa with some holiday flare. Instead of using standard orange juice I’ve swapped it out for pomegranate juice and also added a rosemary sprig garnish. Best served in your pajamas in your fanciest glassware 😉
We have officially landed in Pennsylvania to spend Christmas day with Jared’s family. Believe me when I say we went out and got four bottles of champagne from the local booze store (because alcohol is not sold in the grocery stores here!) and are getting stocked up for Christmas morning! For now I am signing off! I’ve got about 5 different pounds of cheese to grate and a few batches of cookies to match!

Festive Pomegranate Mimosas
Nothing starts a holiday brunch quite like a mimosa. I swapped out traditional orange juice for pomegranate and added a fresh rosemary sprig for the ultimate winter garnish. Cheers!
Brown Butter Mushroom & Goat Cheese Strata
If you didn’t know, I’ve been on a serious goat cheese kick. For the last month every dish of eggs has gotten a good few dollops of goat cheese and this strata is no exception! Stratas are like a wholesome quiche filled with delicious cubes of bread. Very cozy and great for winter brunches. This particular one is filled out with browned butter mushrooms, shallots and lots of mozzarella, parmesan and goat cheese!
