A gut-friendly cocktail! Filled with fresh lemon juice, pineapple juice and floated with sparkly kombucha. Your ultimate healthy Friday cocktail. Cheers!
2 Oz of fresh lemon juice
2 Oz of pineapple Juice
2–3 Tablespoons of ginger syrup
1 Oz of vodka
for ginger syrup
1 Cup of granulated sugar
1 Cup of water
1 Small thumb of ginger, sliced
- Heat water, sugar, and ginger on low until all sugar has dissolved. Let steep for 10-15 minutes and strain into a mason jar.
- In a large glass fill with lemon juice, pineapple juice, ginger syrup and vodka. Stir well and fill 3/4 way with crushed ice. ‘Float’ the rest of the glass with a slow pour of pomegranate kombucha.
For a mocktail variation of this cocktail just delete the vodka and add a splash more pineapple juice!
