Ingredients
1.5 Lbs of skirt steak
2 Tablespoons of canola oil
Salt & pepper
1.25 Lbs of frozen shoe string French fries
8 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
2 Tablespoons of minced rosemary
1 Tablespoon of thyme sprigs
1 Tablespoon of salt
1/2 Teaspoon ground black pepper
A1 or steak sauce .
Instructions
Heat a large cast iron skillet or grill skillet on high heat with canola oil. Dry skirt steak with a paper towel and season evenly with salt and pepper. Grill 1-2 mins on each side. Let steak rest for a few mins and cut into thin strips. .
.Bake frozen fries according to package directions and until golden brown. In a large bowl toss fries with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. .
.Wrap a few French fries with a piece of steak and poke together with a cocktail skewer. Drizzle with steak sauce or serve on the side for dipping.
