This easy strawberry peach frose recipe comes together with simple ingredients like frozen rosé blocks, sweet strawberry simple syrup, and frozen peaches. This easy recipe needs to be on your summer cocktail rotation, stat!

1 750 ML Bottle of Rose, your favorite!

Strawberry Simple Syrup:

1 cup Granulated Sugar

1 cup Water

2 cups Strawberries, quartered

Strawberry Peach Frose:

1 1/22 cups Frozen Peach Slices

1 cup Strawberry Simple Syrup

1/2 cup Limoncello, or your favorite clear spirit

Fresh Peach Slices + Mint Sprigs, for garnish

  1. Pour bottle of rosé into ice cube mold and freeze at least 4-6 hours, or overnight.
  2. Strawberry Simple Syrup:
  3. In a small sauce pan, heat sugar and water on medium heat until clear and sugar is dissolved.
  4. Add in strawberries and bring to a soft simmer.
  5. Remove sauce pan and syrup from heat and allow strawberries to steep for 30 minutes.
  6. Strain syrup from strawberries into a jar. Refrigerate syrup for at least 30-60 minutes before using, or overnight.
  7. Strawberry Peach Frose:
  8. In a blender, combine frozen rosé blocks, frozen peach slices, strawberry simple syrup, and Limoncello. Blend for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth and frothy.
  9. Pour into wine glasses and serve with fresh peach slices and mint sprigs.

Freeze the rose blocks and peaches the night before.  And make your strawberry simple syrup, too!

Do not blend the frose for longer than 60 seconds, or all your frozen ingredients will start to melt.
