Why You’ll Love These Air Fryer Pigs in a Blanket

Super quick and easy! This yummy finger food is virtually only two ingredients, which means it’ll be ready in just about 10 minutes. Just roll cocktail weenies (or regular hot dogs) in strips of dough and then air fry! I also made a garlic and herb butter mixture to brush over the dough for added flavor because it’s a simple way to add a huge difference.

The ingredients are easily customizable! If you can’t find cocktail weenies (I had a hard time hunting them down), you can use your favorite hot dogs and then cut them into smaller pieces. You can also use your favorite dough, herbs, and toppings.

Pigs in a blanket are a universally beloved food! Honestly, put a plate of these in front of your friends and they’ll be gone in less than five minutes. The air fryer method will give our childhood favorite a crispy exterior, and the dipping options are nearly endless. One thing is for sure – this app is devourable!

Pigs in a Blanket Variations

  • Try different dips! Use ketchup, honey mustard, ranch, or bbq sauce. Whatever floats your boat works!
  • Make air fryer pigs in a blanket with cheese. Who doesn’t love cheese?! Roll it in the crescent roll or sprinkle some on top.
  • Use your favorite kind of hot dog. You can even use a plant based sausage if you want.
