We’ve been on a spritz rampage! I can’t get enough of our Lambrusco spritz, and our frozen strawberry Aperol spritz is going to be so refreshing when the heat of the summer hits! Today we’re sharing our tart cherry spritz recipe which is a bright summery cocktail that’ll make your mouth water!

We cut the bitterness of the Aperol with tart cherry juice and sweet grenadine syrup, which is perfect with a dash of prosecco and soda water. Garnish it with some juicy cherries and a lime wedge – enjoy!

Ingredients

1 oz tart cherry juice

½ oz fresh lime juice

½ oz grenadine

1 oz Aperol

3 oz Prosecco

Soda Water

Lime Wedge


Instructions

Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add cherry juice, lime juice, grenadine, and aperol Mix together well until combined. Top with 3-4 oz of prosecco and a splash of soda water.

Note: If you need a substitute for Aperol, you should go for a similar bitter aperitif. Something like Campari, Lillet, or an aperitivo would be good!
