Description

These loaded crab fries are tossed with spicy cajun seasoning and fresh garlic and then smothered with rich garlic aioli. On top of the aioli is tender crab pieces, fresh chives and jalapeños for a spicy kick! The perfect dish to close out summer with!

Ingredients

Scale

For fries:

2 bags frozen french fries

2 tsp cajun seasoning or Old Bay

2 garlic cloves, minced

For Aioli:

1 cup mayonnaise

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp salt

For Topping:

1 (6 oz) can of Bumble Bee White® Crab Meat, drained

Chopped parsley

Jalapeno slices

Chopped chives

Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions. Toss fries with old bay and minced garlic until well combined.
  2. While fries are baking, make the aioli. Mix together mayonnaise, garlic cloves, lemon juice and salt until well combined. Transfer mixture to a plastic bag or pastry bag and snip the tip off for drizzling.
  3. Top fries evenly with canned crab meat and drizzle with aioli. Top with chopped parsley, chives, jalapeno slices and chives and lemon wedges for serving.

Notes

Fries: You can certainly make your own fries! This guide is perfect for following along but for time sake and keeping things easy, I love grabbing a bag of frozen fries.
