1 loaf of seedy bread, thinly sliced
Olive oil or melted butter
8 oz of blue cheese
1-2 pears, thinly sliced
1/2 cup of crushed pecans
Fresh thyme sprigs
Honey for drizzling
Brush toast pieces with better or olive oil. Preheat oven to 400 F and toast for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Evenly distribute thin slices of blue cheese, pear slices onto roasts. Sprinkle with almonds, fresh thyme sprigs and drizzle roasts with honey before serving.
