A frozen aperol spritz is the perfect hot summer day drink. Filled with Aperol, prosecco, orange juice blended up into a frozen frothy cocktail. You’ll feel like your backyard is actually an Italian courtyard.
12 Ounces of Aperol (frozen)
12 Ounces of Orange juice (frozen)
1 Bottle of prosecco or champagne
1–2 Handfuls of ice
Orange + Grapefruit slices for garnish
In a blender, combine the aperol, orange juice, prosecco and ice. Blend just until smooth and no chunks of ice remain, usually less than 30 seconds.
