The ultimate holiday snack!

In my humble opinion, the best part of the holidays is all the baking, and decorating, and other delightful, mess-making kitchen activities. And if you’re like me, that includes tons of snacking and leftovers, too!

That’s what is so great about this quick and easy Gingerbread House Chex Mix recipe — you can throw it together in just 20 minutes, and it’s perfect for using up any leftover candies from making gingerbread houses or decorating Christmas cookies.

Now, all that being said, there is no reason you can’t make a batch BEFORE your holiday cooking adventures. This holiday snack recipe is super easy to customize — you can use any assortment of candies, nuts, dried fruits, and Chex Mix flavors.

Whip up a bowl at the beginning of the day and keep it around for snacking while decorating the tree, dancing to holiday classics, or watching your favorite Christmas movie.
