Description

This frozen mango daiquiri is bursting with tropical mango flavor. Made with aromatic coconut rum, frozen mango chunks, and orange liquor for a burst of citrus flavor.

This seriously smooth frozen cocktail comes together in one blender and is perfect for sipping on a warm weekend afternoon.

Ingredients

Scale

16 oz / 1 lb bag frozen mango chunks

½ cup lime juice, fresh

8 ounces rum (I use Bacardi)

4 ounces Cointreau or triple sec (orange liquor)

2 ounces honey

2 cups Ice

Fresh Mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large blender add your frozen mango chunks, lime juice, rum, Cointreau, honey, and ice. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  2. Serve in a large cocktail glass with a lime wedge, and fresh mint.

Notes

Mocktail Variation: To make this a mocktail, omit the rum and Cointreau and add-in 10 ounces of coconut milk.

Rim your glass: Run the rim of your glass with a lime wedge and dip into a sugar/lime zest mixture.
