This Martini Spritz is like pure sunshine! This summer enjoy sipping on this light, refreshing, and super smooth blend of martini and spritz. Olive oil is the secret ingredient in this drink, offering a rich herbal flavor and texture that perfectly complements the bright notes of citrus. Serve your martini spritz over ice for a crisp treat!

2 oz gin

1 oz lillet blanc

2-3 oz prosecco

1-2 oz soda water, like pellegrino

Lemon peel

Green olives

Olive oil

  1. Fill a coupe or wine glass with ice. Add gin, lillet blanc and stir together. Top with prosecco and soda water and stir once more.
  2. Run the lemon peel around the rim of the glass and place on top of the ice. Add 1-2 green olives and a few drops of olive oil on top.

Don’t like gin? Just swap it for your favorite vodka – I suggest something higher quality. If you want more flavor, you could also use a lemon-flavored vodka!
