Here’s a virgin Mocktail Mojito recipe that’s a bubbly and refreshing take on the original mojito cocktail. All it takes is 5 ingredients and 5 minutes. Serve it as a clean and citrusy beverage when you just need something to sip on.

12 oz lime juice or juice from one lime

56 fresh mint leaves, torn

1 tsp agave nectar, or simple syrup

Soda water

Lime wheels, for garnish

Mint sprig, for garnish

  1. Muddle mint and lime: In the bottom of a high ball glass, muddle together lime juice, mint leaves and agave until leaves are crushed and aromatic.
  2. Fill and stir: Fill the glass with crushed ice and top it off with soda water. With a bar spoon, gently stir the drink together until the mint leaves are evenly distributed from the bottom.
  3. Garnish and serve: Garnish off with fresh lime wheels and a large fresh mint sprig. Serve with a straw.

Crushed ice is preferred, but regular ice cubes work just as well.
