Why you’ll love this salad!

It’s no secret by now that I LOVE an easy salmon recipe for dinner. My cedar plank salmon recipe has been on a weeknight rotation since JULY! We still haven’t gotten sick of it.

Consider this my Fall salmon (I’ll always love you cedar plank salmon). This roasted pistachio crusted salmon is everything I want in a simple salmon recipe. Made with only 6 easy ingredients and roasted to perfection for perfectly flaky, juicy salmon in every bite.

Underneath the pistachio panko crust, is a flavorful lemon-dijon base that provides the perfect amount of zesty and sweetness to this salmon.

When Taylor Farms reached out about their new Strawberry Rosè Chopped Salad Kit, this salmon was the perfect pair! I love the innovative flavor of this salad and it’s sweetness from the strawberry dressing pairs perfectly with the earthiness of the salmon. Plus, it gives me a completely valid reason to crack open a fresh bottle of bubbly rosè (my fav) on a weeknight which I. Am. Here. For.

I love a good Taylor Farms Chopped Salad kit to pair with dinner but I have to say, this ones hits differently!

This Strawberry Rosè chopped salad kit is SO innovative. I don’t know about you, but I’m a total sucker for ‘rosè’ flavored things and it’s such a romantic salad! Cheesy, yes. But it’s the only way to adequately describe its rich, deep lettuce colors and bright pink berry infused dressing. Be sure to grab your hands on this guy at your next grocery run!
