This Spicy Mango Margarita is a sweet with heat cocktail recipe that’s a little sweet, smoky, spicy and smooth. Serve it up for Cinco De Mayo or any of your Mexican inspired fiestas!
1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
2 oz tequila blanco
1 oz orange liqueur (I like Cointreau)
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz mango nectar
Mango cubes, for serving
Jalapeno slices, for serving
- Mix mango margarita: Add half of the jalapeno slices to a cocktail shaker and muddle together until crushed. Add in tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, mango nectar and fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake: Shake together for 15-20 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker is icy.
- Garnish: Rim a low glass lip with lime juice and dip into tajin, shake off and fill with ice. Strain margarita over the glass and garnish with fresh mango chunks and thinly sliced jalapenos.
