Description

Here is a Raspberry Vodka Champagne Cocktail that’s fruity, tart and bubbly with just the right amount of sweetness. Give any occasion a celebratory vibe — or make it for the loved one’s in your life on Galentine’s Day or Valentine’s Day!

Ingredients

Scale

45 whole raspberries, plus extra for garnish

2 oz vodka

1/2 oz grenadine

1/2 oz simple syrup, optional (add in if you like sweet cocktails!)

Champagne

Instructions

Muddle raspberries: Add whole raspberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle together until the raspberries have released their juices. Add in the vodka, grenadine and simple syrup and shake together.

Top with bubbly: Pour contents into a cocktail glass through a fine mesh strainer. Fill the glass ⅔ with ice and top the remaining glass with champagne.

Enjoy!: Garnish with a cocktail pick filled with raspberries.

Sweetness: If you like your cocktails on the sweeter side (my friends do!) I do a combo of simple syrup and grenadine. If you don’t like as much sweetness leave out the simple syrup.

Notes
