Classic White Queso
This queso is everything. It took all I could to not dive head first into it. If you've been to Torchy's Tacos then you know how epic their queso is. This recipe was 100% inspired by Torchy's queso and I won't deny it. I would have never even thought to put a guacamole mound in the middle of a bowl of queso but man does it work or spicy sriracha on top but they layer as perfectly as pb&j. This queso was 100% boyfriend approved and perf for football season coming up said my official poison tester. Enjoy your ooey gooey cheesy madness!
